Kim Lyons' Activity Tips

Staying Active Is Key to Diabetes Management

"By taking small steps, you might be able to start moving more and get back to doing the things that matter most to you."

—Kim Lyons, celebrity fitness trainer of The Biggest Loser

We are lucky to be able to offer great tips from Kim Lyons for adding healthy movement to your day. I hope you can include a few of her suggestions from her “Take the Next Step” video series into your daily lives. But remember to take it slow and easy in the beginning.
